1. The Promoter
This prize draw is run by Direct MX Group Limited (company number 15571787), registered office Unit One, Leys Lane, Emley Moor, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD8 9QY (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”). By entering, you accept these terms.

2. No purchase necessary
This is a free prize draw. No purchase is required to enter or to claim the prize. Entry is open and free to all eligible entrants.

3. Eligibility
Open to UK residents only. There is no minimum age to enter, but the prize may only be claimed and redeemed by a person aged 18 or over. If the drawn winner is under 18, the prize must be claimed and redeemed by their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the draw are not eligible.

4. How to enter
To enter, on the DirectMX social media post for this giveaway:
a) follow the official DirectMX account on that platform; and
b) tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

One entry per person. Tagging more than 3 friends does not create additional entries and does not increase your chance of winning. Entries must be genuine; tagging unconnected accounts or using fake, duplicate or automated accounts will be disqualified. Sharing the giveaway to your story is welcome but is not required to enter and does not affect your chance of winning.

5. Closing date and draw
Entries close at 2:00pm on Saturday 27 June 2026. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries in a live draw held at 3:00pm on Saturday 27 June 2026. The draw will be conducted fairly and by chance. The draw will take place as scheduled regardless of the number of entries received.

6. The prize
The prize is £500 of DirectMX store credit. The prize:

• is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part;
• must be redeemed against the purchase of goods or services in store at DirectMX;
• must be used in full in a single transaction or across the redemption period; where only part of the credit is used, no cash, refund or further credit will be given for the unused balance;
• must be redeemed within 6 months (180 days) of the winner being notified, after which any unredeemed credit expires and is forfeited;
• is subject to stock and product availability and to our standard terms of sale.

There is one prize. There is no cash alternative.

7. Winner notification and claiming
The winner will be announced during the live draw and contacted via the platform on which they entered within 48 hours. The winner must respond to claim the prize within 7 days of first being notified. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible or in breach of these terms, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize and redraw a replacement winner at random, on the same terms.

8. Data protection
Any personal data you provide will be used only to administer this prize draw and select and contact the winner, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not add you to any marketing list without your separate consent. The winner’s first name and general area may be published when announcing the result; you can request we use only an initial by contacting us.

9. General
We reserve the right to amend these terms, or to cancel or suspend the draw, where reasonably necessary or due to circumstances beyond our control. This draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform (including Instagram, Facebook or TikTok), and entrants release those platforms from any liability. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
