Direct MX launch giveaway: £500 store credit
1. The promoter
This prize draw is run by Direct MX Group Limited (company number 15571787), Unit 14, Emley Business Park, Leys Lane, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD8 9RG. By entering, you accept these terms.
2. No purchase necessary
This is a free prize draw. No purchase is required to enter or to claim the prize. Entry is open and free to all eligible entrants.
3. Eligibility
Open to UK residents only. There is no minimum age to enter, but the prize may only be claimed and redeemed by a person aged 18 or over. If the drawn winner is under 18, the prize must be claimed and redeemed by their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the draw are not eligible.
4. How to enter
To enter, on the Direct MX social media post for this giveaway: follow the official Direct MX account on that platform, and tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
One entry per person. Tagging more than 3 friends does not create additional entries. Entries must be genuine. Sharing the giveaway to your story is welcome but is not required and does not affect your chance of winning.
5. Closing date and draw
Entries close at 2:00pm on Saturday 27 June 2026. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries in a live draw held at 3:00pm on Saturday 27 June 2026. The draw will take place as scheduled regardless of the number of entries received.
6. The prize
The prize is £500 of Direct MX store credit. It is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. It must be redeemed against goods or services at Direct MX, within 6 months (180 days) of the winner being notified. Where only part of the credit is used, no cash, refund or further credit is given for the unused balance. It is subject to stock and to our terms of sale. There is one prize and no cash alternative.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be announced during the live draw and contacted via the platform they entered on, within 48 hours. The winner must respond within 7 days. If they do not, or they are ineligible, we may forfeit the prize and redraw.
8. Data protection
Personal data is used only to administer this prize draw and to contact the winner, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not add you to a marketing list without separate consent. The winner’s first name and general area may be published. You can ask us to use only an initial.
9. General
We may amend these terms, or cancel or suspend the draw, where that is reasonably necessary or because of circumstances beyond our control. This draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
