How to ask
Email sales@directmx.shop. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we release or change anything. We reply to a valid request within one month, unless the law allows longer.
We keep some records where we have to, including for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, warranty, and other legal duties. A deletion request does not wipe those.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
