Bikes
An in-stock bike is ready for dispatch and is usually delivered within 2–5 business days. That is subject to pre-delivery inspection and setup.
If the bike is ordered from our suppliers and it is UK warehouse stock, expect delivery in 2–5 business days. If it is not coming from a UK warehouse, delivery can take 2–8 weeks.
A bike marked available to order usually arrives within 2 days, then needs the same inspection and setup.
The Y-Volt Surge V is usually delivered within 2–4 working days, plus PDI and setup.
These times are a guide. A date we give you is not a guaranteed delivery day.
Parts and smaller orders
Smaller orders are usually with you in 6 to 72 hours, depending on where you are. We are not liable for a delay caused by the courier.
Delivery to mainland UK is free on orders over £200.
Collection
If you prefer, you can collect a bike from the shop instead of having it delivered. The shop is Unit 14, Emley Business Park, Leys Lane, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD8 9RG. Weekdays are 10am to 4pm. Weekends are by appointment only. Tell us you are coming so the bike is ready.
When you receive it
Check the goods when they arrive. Email sales@directmx.shop as soon as you can if something is missing, damaged, or not what you ordered.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.
